Our commitment to collectors

From sealed booster boxes to individual and graded cards, we understand that trust is an important part of collecting. Here’s how to check your purchase and what to do if something doesn’t look right.

1. Our authenticity commitment

Pokémon cards and collectibles can vary by set, language, edition, rarity and condition. We aim to present product information clearly and to ensure that items supplied correspond with their descriptions.

If you believe an item purchased from us may not be genuine, or it differs materially from its listing, please contact us with your order details. We will review the information and discuss the appropriate next steps.

Products must be as described and meet applicable consumer-law requirements. This page does not limit your statutory rights.

2. Authenticity across our product range

Sealed Products

Review the product name, set, language, edition and packaging details. Packaging may differ between releases and regions.

Individual Cards

Check the card name, set number, language, edition and any condition information provided in the product listing.

Graded Cards

Compare the grading label and certification details with the product listing and the grading company’s official resources, where available.

Collections & Other TCG

Review the stated contents, quantities and product descriptions so you know what is included with your purchase.

3. How to check your purchase

When your order arrives, we recommend that you:

  • Compare the item with its product title, description and photographs.
  • Check relevant set names, card numbers, language and edition details.
  • For graded cards, compare certification details with the grading company’s official lookup, if available.
  • Inspect the product for differences from the listing or signs of damage.
  • Keep your order confirmation and packaging while checking your purchase.

Visual inspection alone may not conclusively establish the authenticity of every collectible. If you are uncertain, contact our team with clear photographs and a description of your concern.

4. Graded cards and certification

Grading companies use their own grading standards, labels and certification systems. Where a graded card is listed, review the grading information stated on the product page.

If the grading company offers an official certification lookup, use it to compare the certification number and displayed details with the item you received.

If the label, certification details or card appear inconsistent, contact us so we can review the issue with you.

5. If you have an authenticity concern

If you suspect an item is counterfeit, incorrectly described or materially different from the product ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request additional photographs, order details or other information to help assess the issue. Depending on the circumstances, further checks or an inspection may be needed before a resolution can be determined.

Please keep the item and its packaging while we discuss the next steps. Do not send the product to an address unless our team has provided instructions.

6. Information to include in your enquiry

To help us review your concern, please provide:

  • Your order number and the email address used at checkout.
  • The product name and a clear explanation of the issue.
  • Photographs of the item, packaging, labels or relevant card details.
  • Grading company and certification details, if applicable.
  • Any other information that helps explain the discrepancy.

We will review the information provided and explain the next steps based on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

7. Returns, refunds and consumer rights

If an item is counterfeit, materially misdescribed or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements, you may be entitled to a remedy under consumer law.

Online purchases may also qualify for statutory cancellation rights, subject to applicable rules and exceptions. Opening a collectible does not automatically remove every statutory right; the relevant circumstances and law will apply.

For more information, please read our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing on this page excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
